How to Draw Pulley Belt with Custom Tools in Onshape

Hi Guys, Welcome again to our Learning Platform " Learn Onshape ". Today i bring you new tutorial on Onshape CAD software. About " Pulley Belt " with custom Tools.

Steps :

1. Open the new document and select the front plane. 
2. Now draw the sketch of two circles as shown in the video. ( Free dimensions)
3. Extrude the both circles using the extrude tool.
4. Now open the tool bar and select the " Belt " tool as shown in my screen.
5. ( This tool " Belt", you need to add to your tool bar manually. For this, click on " add custom Tools " and do search " pulley Belt", there you can see the feature scripts -> click on it, then took will be added in your tool bar. )
6. Now select the surfaces of two cylinders as shown and select the mid plane . Note : plane should be parallel to the extruded direction.
7. Finally pulley Belt is drawn . You can add thickness and width of the belt as per your needs.
